In July 2026, the BEIA.AT team came together for an internal meeting within the framework of the STAR project, our Marie Skłodowska-Curie Staff Exchanges (MSCA-SE) initiative.

The session was dedicated to an open, collaborative discussion on innovation — how ideas move from early concept to real-world impact, and how the mobility of people and knowledge across sectors and borders accelerates that journey. Drawing on the collaborative spirit at the heart of the MSCA Staff Exchanges programme, the team exchanged perspectives, aligned on priorities, and explored fresh directions for the work ahead.

Internal moments like this are where momentum is built. They keep our contribution to STAR focused, forward-looking, and grounded in the everyday exchange of ideas that makes European research and innovation thrive.
