UNSTPB Postdoctoral Researchers Begin ESG-Focused Secondments at BEIA GMBH in Vienna

Three postdoctoral researchers from the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest (UNSTPB) have recently begun their secondments at BEIA GMBH in Vienna, Austria. The team includes two researchers from the Department of Entrepreneurship and Management and one from the Department of Economics.

They were welcomed by BEIA’s team and have already taken part in several focused meetings around ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) sustainability disclosure practices. These sessions aim to identify key challenges and opportunities faced by local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in implementing effective sustainability reporting.

The secondment marks an important step in strengthening collaboration between academia and industry, while also supporting the advancement of practical ESG strategies tailored to the SME landscape.
