ROBOCHEF – The project proposal outlined in this application addresses the health care needs for homemade, freshly prepared foods with high nutritional value, prepared to high hygienic standards that eliminate the potential for disease to spread while promoting healthy aging around the world.
The aim of this project is to build on the knowledge already gained through the development of Moley’s household robot kitchen and further develop our novel concept of mini-manipulation libraries, live robot actions and the use of corrective and adjustment movements based on real-time data. In this way, our robotic system can autonomously carry out complex tasks such as executing several recipes in order to achieve the desired degree of individualization of the meals with high output.
